Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Welcome to Toarie. Toarie is an online general merchandise store offering a changing selection of household, lifestyle, accessory, seasonal, personal-use, and other consumer products. By visiting toarie.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Store use and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding purchase agreement in your location. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the website, its security, or other customers.
2. Product information and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Displays and manufacturing batches can vary, and minor differences that do not materially affect normal use are not defects. Products and offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or technical errors before or after an order is submitted.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory, payment verification, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, obvious pricing errors, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Customer information and communication
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address. You must monitor messages sent to the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders, and respond promptly when we request address, customs, payment, or delivery information. Failure to respond may delay shipment or cause a parcel to be returned. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information may be charged where permitted by law.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and currencies are displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, bank fees, and currency-conversion fees may apply depending on destination and payment provider. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. We do not store full payment-card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Our detailed processing times, 18–35 business-day transit estimate, tracking rules, duties, delay procedures, and customer responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or shipment. Returns require prior authorization and are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Do not send a return to any address without written return instructions from info@toarie.com.
8. Intellectual property
The Toarie name, website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Toarie and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission. Additional details appear in our Intellectual Property Rights page.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, or other third parties. Their services and external websites may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, strikes, government action, or inaccurate customer information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, labor disruption, transportation interruption, customs action, government restriction, power failure, or network failure.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. Questions may be sent to info@toarie.com.
